I enjoyed having the French passages in the book and being able to translate them in the Google reader. I appreciated and learned more about the characters by knowing when they were speaking French. The other copy of War and Peace I looked at before deciding on this one was all in English.

Brilliant. This is the first (and perhaps only) place where one can find the complete works of Tolstoy, all of which are free. Thanks google books.
