So, as to one postres quick q, here's the gist, goosefeathre is a cat who can see dead cats and the future. He is kinda grumpy cus he is totally different from the othres and he was an apprentice very young, so he caused a lot of uproar, def the famous cat politicians... So ye, that's the gist, and it's a good book.

Goosefeather is a very likable character with many hardships ahead of him in this book. I recommend this to anyone looking for something to read in their spare time.
