About the author
Peter Kimeswenger, geboren 1958, lebt und arbeitet als Journalist und Fotoreporter in Klagenfurt. Seit einigen Jahren hat er einen Zweitwohnsitz in der mittelalterlichen Hafenstadt Piran an der slowenischen Adriaküste. Als Chefreporter der Kleinen Zeitung Kärnten ist Kimeswenger einer der dienstältesten Chronikjournalisten Österreichs. Seit 36 Jahren beschäftigt sich der Autor mit Kriminal- und Katastrophenberichterstattung. Er hat unter anderem den Zerfall Ex-Jugoslawiens mitdokumentiert.
