Sobre o autor

Adrian Goldsworthy is the acclaimed author of The Roman Army at War, Roman Warfare, The Punic Wars, Cannae, In the Name of Rome, Caesar: the Life of a Colossus, The Fall of the West and Antony and Cleopatra. He studied at St John's College, Oxford, and taught at a number of universities before becoming a full-time author. He regularly contributes to TV documentaries on Roman themes. Alongside his interest in the ancient world, he has always been fascinated by the world of Napoleon and Wellington, and the stories of the soldiers in their armies.
