What are they doing wrong even after being motivated? The book focuses on the various reasons for why motivation fails. It gives a glimpse to identify the reasons for failures and how to correct them and move ahead. If one is not able to run, he should at least keep walking rather than stopping once and for all. Moving slowly is also acceptable when compared to not moving at all. Life has four aspects i.e. Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual. Development in all four aspects can help one to be successful in life.

He is spiritual by nature and likes reading and writing about spiritual development. He is also into health, motivation and wellness and he focuses on the health of the mind and soul instead of the body. The author believes that if one is healthy within, then he/she is healthy on the outside as well. His vision is to create awareness about our soul and life through motivational examples and thereby, lead a conscious and meaningful life. He focuses on living and not just existing.
