Esta obra pretende aportar algunos argumentos a favor de la prohibición de regreso en Derecho Penal. El análisis que aquí se presenta está limitado a un grupo de casos: se parte del presupuesto de que un autor imputable que actúa dolosamente produce directamente un resultado jurídico-penalmente prohibido, utilizando o aprovechando el comportamiento imprudente de otro. El problema que se plantea es que el comportamiento consistente en hacer posible de forma imprudente un hecho doloso no es punible a título de participación.
