Paul Thomas is the author of many novels and short stories. His novel Inside Dope won the Crime Writers' Association of Australia's inaugural Ned Kelly Award for crime novel of the year. His fiction has been widely published internationally and translated into several languages. He has also written several books on sport and writes regular sports and general interest columns.
