Georgia was the head cheerleader and most popular girl in her high school class. After graduation, she left her hometown and high school sweetheart, the star quarterback, behind to become a successful actress in Hollywood. After five years of never making it big in Tinseltown, she returns home to become a nanny to her niece. When she gets to the reunion, she feels like a failure and figures if she can land the quarterback, everything will turn around. Gideon hated high school. He was nerd and frequent target of Georgia's. When he wakes up to find her in his bed, he's surprised but is happy to oblige her. Of course, this wasn't the plan and she takes off. They both need favors and who better to deliver on those than each other. This was a quick, fun read. Some people change a ton in 10 years and this book, while fun, also showed that depth. I'll definitely go back to read the first book in the series and am looking forward to the next one. *I received a copy from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.*

Here's a little wisdom that I've learned over the years: "Always root for the underdog". Why? Hardship makes a person more tenacious in the quest for success. Ms. Sloane built her entire story around that valuable lesson with Wrong Bed Reunion. Gideon may have changed on the outside but still has the smarts as well as hidden insecurities he needs to work through. His tender heart makes him easily vulnerable but that is what I liked most about him. He was genuine. Georgia had to grow on me but she in no way impacted the way I felt about this cute romance.
