Goes without saying it's one of the great X-Men stories. But what always bugged me, even when first reading it 35+ years ago, the sentinels in control of the Baxter building. More importantly, Reed Richards (smartest guy on planet) without a contingency plan to protect his mutant son....really ?!

Overhyped and boring. Only one comic with titled storyline, rest is boring and didn't have nothing to do with future past. I'm confused, why all the filler content.

In my own opinion when John Byrne started doing the graphics for the X-Men (Marvel Universe) he changed the whole way of looking at comics. The pages came alive with such details of his art work. Also look at all the artist that he inspired to come into graphics for the comic industry.I guess what I'm saying is when I saw his art work for the first time while he was doing the X-Men Days of future past. That's when I started collecting comics with a passion.Thank you John.Long live the X-Men!!!!!!!
