It's an excellent book for newbies like me in sadhna. It has provided wonderful results to me. I must say it's a kind of a "must read book". I think it's better to go through and follow this book rather than squandering on internet and getting knowledge in pieces which are most of the times not correct or partially correct.

This book is very good for sadhak who are doing or interested in yog sadhna. For Sadhak it is important to understand his situation/condition in sadhna. So, it is beneficial for everyone to real this book and learn about our traditional and real yog.

A most authentic book written by Yogi Anandji himself. All the anubhav and their meaning experienced by yogiji during his period of saadhana have been explained with great clarity in this book. Generally, saadhak's anubhav are more or less similar during their saadhana, therefore, saadhakas can take a great advantage by reading this book and clear their doubts. So, I advised all saadhakas to read this book.
