Vols. for 1849-1904 include its Verhandlungen (separately paged from 1897-1904). From 1904-1928, the Zeitschrift was issued in two parts. Separately paged, the latter part called the Monatsberichte. From 1909-1928 the main part of the Zeitschrift was called the Abhandlungen and was issued with title: Zeitschrift der Deutschen geologischen Gesellschaft, Abhandlungen und Monatsberichte. With 1929 these parts ceased to be issued separately.
