The lowest conceivable energy that a quantum mechanical entity can have is called zero-point energy (ZPE). It is also a reflection or manifestation of the indistinct reality that the unfilled mind takes into account or manifests.
A condition of no-mind is one in which there are no thoughts, beliefs, notions, fears, or feelings of wrath. It is completely blissful. After years of focused one-pointed practice, yoga, and separation from everyone and everything—including material possessions, family, etc.—people reach this state.
