Whether you have read all of the books in the series, or just a few, like myself, rest assure you will not have a problem following the storyline. Poppy Bright is a nurse in NYC whose fairytale life was a lie and the result is that she trusts no one. But she’s a dedicated nurse, and has made it her mission to take very good care of Smith, an ICU patient who has no memory. When it’s time for Smith to leave, knowing he’s without anyone or any place to call home, Poppy takes him home. Neither realizing that their lives would be forever changed from that moment on. As usual, the author entertains us with an engaging plot and characters that will keep you on your toes. I was entrusted a copy of this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
