I never believed in editor related manuals. I struggling for ages trying to generate proper header styles and matching table of contents, always forgetting the appropriate window to open ... A simple net search brought to me to this page, and it just solved all my problems by explaining the background, how to make sense for each option, going through each part of the task individually, revealing the not obvious connections between the different menus. Thank you for saving hours of struggle with a few minutes reading!
