新潟を拠点にして活動を繰り広げる岡本(ゆたか・ゆ)と関根(ちはや・ち)による2人組みユニット的な存在。新潟県内の情報を収集・配信するブログ「icoro」を立ち上げ、ブロガーとして活動。その後、新潟の情報だけに留まらず、行ってみたところ、やってみたこと等をテキストや写真、動画などを使い、ウェブサイト上で軽妙な語り口で紹介。2012年からは電子書籍にも活動の場を広げる。
