The Book Junkie Reads
Soooo close to a five star I could taste the next installment. . . . Brazen strikes a cord with all those of us that have followed the ins and outs and intricate tales for the characters built by these Malone's. We get reads that take us on an adventure. This time was no exception. We go on an exceptional ride with Oskar and Hailey. There was one heck of a Vegas tale wrapped around these two individuals. Watching it all unfold was just the beginning. Getting a deeper look at these two apart and together was what made this all so Brazen. Cliffhanger yes, but what do you expect when these two come together. Part one was the cake. Part two will give us all the icing we could every want. Fab characters, setting, writing, and more

Malone delivers a taut suspense with steamy interludes and attitudes. Oskar and Hailey have a past and now he's her bodyguard. The Viking must protect his perfume princess from unknown threats while trying not to fall under her spell again. This engaging plot and dialogue full of wit and attitude will keep readers turning the pages. This one will leave you breathless. I highly recommend this book to fans of the romantic suspense genre. I voluntarily read and reviewed a complementary copy of this book.

Talk about Brazen! Oskar is a hot German viking like god with a slippery past that made him into the tough man that he is today. Hailey is a sweet, innocent workaholic about to be through out of her everyday orbit. These two have a past that is finally meeting in the present. I really enjoyed getting to know this couple. They are complete opposites in all ways yet they still work together. I went into this book knowing that it would end on a cliffhanger, though they aren't my favorite so I wasn't disappointed when the ending left me hanging. And to be honest I wasn't shocked at who left me hanging. What I was shocked at was the hint of a revelation that not only the ending left me with but what I think Matthias discovered. I want to know and will be waiting not so patiently for the next book to come out.
