This is my first book by Golden Angel, so glad I bought book 2 also! A Season For Treason is the well-written story of Mary and Rex. Mary is following the directions give to her by her friend who works undercover. She's to gather information on the Marquess of Hartford. The drama, humor, sizzle, action and suspense in this book will keep readers glued to the pages. This book is book 1 of the Deception and Discipline Series but can be read as a standalone.

This is the first in a companion series to the Domestic Discipline series. They follow the niece of England's spymaster and her friends who are determined to help him protect the country by going under cover and doing their own spying. This book follows Mary as she tries to balance her second Season and her spying all while unexpectedly finding herself attracted to her target. There is plenty of intrigue and action as well as a romance all twined together in one.
