I liked this book. Brooks and Addison's story was fun and had a lot of heart. The pacing is pretty fast but there is plenty of drama and emotion to be had. This read kicks-off this new series nicely and it definitely lets you know that there much more to be explored and uncovered and I for one am here for it. I am electing to post a candid review.

Wow! Addie and Brooks know of each other but do not run in the same circles. Their families hate each other! After some circumstances, Addie proposes that they join forces to advance a plan for the perspective ranches. Brooks decides to do that, they need to enter into a marriage of convenience. Of course, they decide that this is purely business and no feelings involved. This book was a great read to enjoy. This is a fantastic way to start a series. I am voluntarily leaving this review.

Addie wants to improve the ranch's green sustainability, but her father is not convinced. Brooks expects to inherit after his father's death, but there are issues. They come together to find a solution, but things get more complicated What's great about this story is that until their agreement, these two people have been aware of the other, but because of a family feud have not acted on the strong attraction they have. Once they cross that line, it's no holds barred. Well-written and compelling
