I truly enjoyed and loved this book. I have a terrible liking for dark, brooding and dangerous heros and Samuel was just the right one. Kate is such a wonderful match for him. A historical romance to be treasured.

Oh my godfather, bring tissues. That last line just killed me. Beautiful story told just as beautifully. Absolutely adore this author. Dual pov, heat and a little mystery to boot! Worth every penny!

This is my second Tessa Dare novel in three days. I started with a Week to be Wicked and now this one. I've loved them both. Can't wait to read the rest.
