About the author

Mr. Nirbhay Rana is teaching in the Department of fashion designing at Budha College of higher education Karnal. He is the head of fashion department at Budha group since 2015.He has done Masters in Fashion Management, FCT ( NIFT, New Delhi)and B.Tech. He has been in teaching career since 2008. Nirbhay Rana is the founder and CEO of RabitIndia - a sustainable brand of fashion and lifestyle Goods. Under his brand Rabit (which means connected) he is working on the philosophy of being connected with nature and artisans. All the products made under Rabit are eco-friendly and made under the concept of circular fashion. The area of research he is currently working on is Inclusivity in fashion marketing and brand communication.
