Since I have already purchased the book how do I get a hard copy shipped to me. It's somewhat cumbersome to follow the steps in the book while You have to be in Eclipse. What I have to do is write the steps down and then go to Eclipse.

What good is a free sample if all you get is a table of contents and an introduction? Would like to see some actual material before spending $$$ on it.
