I have been a vegetarian for quite some time and after reading the China Study, decided to give veganism a try. I was having some issues finding vegan specific nutritional information, but his book delivered. It contains clear nutritional advice and the research to back it up. I wish it was a little longer though, and I thought that it didn't really need the section on animal cruelty (because if you are buying this book you are probably already aware of animal farming practices). Good book.
