Once again Odette C. Bell has written a fast paced fascinating story that makes it hard to stop reading, The heroine of this one is delightful. You can;t help but cheer her on as she journeys to learn who (and what) she is!

I'm tired of heroines who are weak, mousy (the character describes her own self that way..ok she describes her looks that way but it fits her sad personality as well), and are extremely lacking in self confidence. I got to page 37 before giving up on this heroine. I prefer the chick from Legal Rites. She's plucky. This one is blah.

The plot like most of her books is very good. But I'm done with the protagonist, I had such a hard time completing the book because of just how stupid and impulsive the heroine was
