Wow – another homerun! The characters are compelling and the storytelling draws you in and just doesn’t want to let you go. Avery is so shattered but her resilience just leaves you in awe. Her friends and family are the rocks that help to keep her shattered bits from crashing to the ground and patch the holes that come with life. Gritty, compelling, basically a “to hell with housework” book!
