A real mix. Some good stuff, but a lot of rubbish as well. That everything is attributed to "The Law of Vibration" is the real weakness of this book. If you see that as an analogy for your mental state then fine but it has no physical basis at all. Overall if you've never looked into improving your mood and happiness then there could be some useful stuff here, but as someone who's looked into it a lot before, there's nothing new here.

This book has helped to find new ways to think about life. Right towards the end got me abit emotional I actually teared up. Such a beautiful book, totally recommend.
