He pays special attention to commercial legilation regarding bankruptcy, insurance and bills of exchange, as well as to the nature of tenures and tithes. In addition to definitions, Potts discusses a variety of issues ranging from current regulations for dog muzzles to the legal rights and reseponsibilities of children.
