Ratings and reviews

I started reading this book because the concept was interesting but I had to stop because it was chock-full of stereotypes. the only black character was overly-agressive, loud, obnoxious, and impolite. The book was literally written by a poc, so I couldn't understand why he would choose to write only her character like that...it was too obvious to overlook. If someone does end up finishing this book please tell me how it ends, I keep hoping that there was some twist or that the author was being satirical.

Armand Baltazar was born on Chicago’s North Side, not far from the famed Wrigley Field. After attending the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Armand began a visual storytelling career in feature animation as a background artist, visual development artist, and art director for DreamWorks Studios, Walt Disney, and Pixar Animation.
