About this ebook

When childcare worker Shane Dunphy meets Jason in 1991, he is a tiny, frightened five-year-old who has stopped speaking and terrorizes even the older children in the care home with his angry, violent behaviour. Eleven years later, Shane is shocked to find Jason's file on his desk again. Jason has committed some horrendous crimes and is facing a life of incarceration. Can Shane rebuild what had been a delicate friendship, and help Jason to face up to who he is, where he has come from, and what he has done?

This book had me hooked... I found it so good how was based on this one person Jason and flashed from his childhood to adulthood... It gave a real insight into what some poor children have to go through... You would not think these horrendous acts children go through even happen they are so horrific they don't bare thinking about and to think some children have to live and go through it every day of there little lives... So unfair πŸ˜“πŸ˜“ Every child in the world deserves to feel loved, safe and happy ❀️ Just goes to show these damaged children grow up to be damaged adults... A continuous cycle of abuse so sad πŸ˜“πŸ˜“ I could not put this book down so well written and you did your best Shane that's all you can do... Sad his come to an end at last ditch house... Wonder what his next adventures will be... Also want to give Karl Devereux a mention he sounds a legend πŸ‘Œ LOL... Here are 5 stars for this book πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸ€—πŸ‘
