This solved all our problems. Detailed and very useful real world examples of the progressive wait approach used in real-life situations. We used one of its alternative process, went from 5 to 6 feeds a night to just 2 initially, then after 2 weeks of this working really well, we got rid of the last 2 over the next 2 weeks. We saw improvement after the first night. He slept from 7.30 to 1pm without waking and went to sleep with no rocking or patting. You just need to follow the process when doing the intervals right to the letter, no compromises and you should get results.
