This book just downloaded itself to my tablet without my knowledge, or consent. I am not happy about that, at all. I have no idea if this is a good read, because I'm deleting it as it acts like a virus (unwanted and intrusive). It appeared on DD's tab the same time it downloaded to mine, and neither of us asked for it (or were even looking at the books section of Google Play).

The brutal harsh fairy tales. Cinderella's stepsister's cut off parts of their feet to fit them into slippers, a magical tree with singing animals instead of a fairy godmother, heck even the stepsisters get their eyes pecked out "The Birds" style by the end of the story. Whoever put this book under "Elementary" readers and children's is insane.
