About this ebook

Happiness is driven by the lens through which you view your world, which is driven by the way you feel, about yourself. This feeling is controlled by four levers. Your behaviours, your thoughts, belief and gratitude. My theory on happiness is that what we desire most is to feel good about ourselves, to be comfortable in our skin, and to be at peace with who we are.  Because if the human condition is that feeling of “I’m not good enough”, “I’m not loveable”, or “there must be something wrong with me”, surely it must stand to be true that the thing we seek most is the opposite. My life is the journey, struggle and battle to feel good, about myself. And through that journey, I found happiness. And this essay is the roadmap I created for myself to achieve just that.

I truly enjoyed this book . It is very easy to read and talks directly to me . I took out of the book many things that I can use in my own life to help improve myself. I highly recommend it to anyone that , like myself , is far from perfect but tries everyday to be a little better.
