H. Suyanto, SH., MH., MKn Lahir pada tanggal 17 Mei 1977 di Gresik, merupakan Dosen dan Dekan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Gresik dari tahun 2017 sampai sekarang. Mulai dari S1 sampai S3 beliau menggeluti bidang Hukum. Beliau juga merupakan Wakil Ketua I Ikatan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (IPPAT) Pengda Lamongan, dan Wakil Ketua Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) Pengda Lamongan.
