About this ebook

“Christopher Moore is a very sick man, in the very best sense of the word.”

—Carl Hiaasen

The undead rise again in Bite Me, the third book in New York Times bestselling author Christopher Moore’s wonderfully twisted vampire saga. Joining  his farcical gems Bloodsucking Fiends and You Suck, Moore’s latest in continuing story of young, urban, nosferatu style love, is no Twilight—but rather a tsunami of the irresistible outrageousness that has earned him the appellation, “Stephen King with a whoopee cushion and a double-espresso imagination” from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and inspired Denver’s Rocky Mountain News to declare him, “the 21st century’s best satirist.”

Easily my least favorite book Moore has written that I have read. I didn't even finish it. This specific series started out okay and has slowly transitioned from bad to worse. It's mostly just because of the main character switches. It's always neat to see the story from a different perspective, but not when the person we switch to is increasingly more obnoxious and less likable. The transitions just didn't work for me.

Author must have hit a hard deadline at about page 330 and had to wrap it up. A shame to kill a well developed story with such an abrupt ending. And I ain't paying 12 bucks for the sequel, bite me, I mean, Bite Me. Come on, Chris Moore stories are fun, but it's basically pulp.

One star. I couldn't even finish the first four pages of this book, and this book is my introduction to the author. I suggest more balance. There's way too much funny, and not enough serious. And this book looks as though it was written by a teenager being emotional
