I was drawn to Mr Hunter after seeing the film adaptation of Point of Impact and even though as in this case and many other adaptations of books we know there can be a vast difference between novel and film. However, like Bob Lee in many of the books, I felt I could see something in the periphery of my vision - intelligence and thought; and I was right. I've read a lot of books from a lot of authors but Mr Hunter is without doubt one of the finest and I hope he continues his craft for a long time to come.

Any book by Stephen Hunter, that contains the caricature of Bob Lee Swagger (Bob Lee is based off the true life of Carlos Hathcock), is sure to be a great book.

Nice tie in and just believable enough to keep me hooked. Not Hunters best but solid writing
