I can recommend the exercise challenge to everyone, not just for people looking for motivation to get back into their exercise routine. What was valuable to me is that the book also has a lot of valuable tips to be more active throughout the day by making small changes to your daily routine.

This book doesn't just give you information and expect you to know what to do right out of the gates. You're guided through each day, and best of all the excuses you formulate in your head are addressed directly. Excellent for beginners, this book serves as a gut check and mental coach to stay on track!

I found this to be a very good and doable guide. The challenge motivates you to move more, not necessarily a lot. Just enough to stay healthy and in shape. Recommended.
