A consistently good writer. This set of books have a good flow and the writer has the good sense not to leave the end of the book hanging. I will read the next one when it comes out and any other this writer has. As usual the hot passages are very believable and erotic but don't over power the excellent story and characters.

What you'll find in this story; a cast of remarkably impressive and engaging characters, fabulous story-line, powerful vivid scene descriptions, action, horrific danger, life-threatening incidents, superb banter, gut-wrenching moments, gripping suspense, earth-shattering toe-curling sensual romance, and a heart-warming conclusion leaving you content and wanting more. Kylie and Hunter go to Great Britain to search for her mother’s clan to warn them about the lion-shifters hunting their kind. When there is no word from them after two weeks, Maxim goes there to find his friends in the hopes that they are still alive. He meets Thea, Kylie’s cousin who takes him to her uncle’s home where Kylie lies in a coma, but Hunter is still missing. Maxim finds himself attracted to Thea, but has guilt feelings over losing Anna, and the nightmares of her death still haunt his memories. Thea has asked two of her friends to aid them in the search for Hunter. Danger lurks on the streets of Great Britain while the search for Hunter continues. FANTASTIC fast paced well written read by a truly gifted author. The author does not disappoint by giving readers a spine-chilling story with awesome characters, and breathtaking scene descriptions that keep you hooked to the story from start to finish. The chemistry between Maxim and Thea is convincing as their steamy romance flourishes. Thea is a most valiant heroine, and Maxim a worthy hero. I loved this story, kept me intrigued till the end, a most exhilarating read. If you treasure shifter romance with spine-chilling danger this is an excellent choice for your library. {I was gifted a copy of this book and this is my completely honest review}. In the world of shifter romance the possibilities are endless and always fascinating. Without reservations I recommend this book and the series.

Book 4 is a great book. I still have to find book 3. It's a little different set up than most books. But very interesting and intriguing. My heart ached for Maxium, I'm sure that will end well. Thoroughly enjoyed the book and definitely recommend this series to those.interested in shifter genres.
