I love the raw authenticity of this book. A lot of the things resound with me. Defintly going to give your method/s a try! Thank you for putting the energy in to get this out there :)

About the author

Joshua Alexander was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder the year after graduating from Cornell University. He spent 10 years battling the illness, experiencing multiple hospitalizations, relying on disability and medication, and even living in a group home at one point. After years of suffering, he was able to discover the true cause of his illness and fully recover using natural means, and has been medication free and healed for over six years now. He is thriving, living up to his full potential, and loving life!
