Selama ini kita mengenal kata riba “hanya” dalam transaksi

riba, maka secara otomatis yang terlintas dibenak kita adalah dosa,
setidaknya yang kita ingat adalah hukum Islam. Akan tetapi ternyata, riba

dalam positif Indonesia, khususnya dalam woekerordonantie (ordonansi
riba hukum positif peninggalan Belanda).
