About this ebook

He’s the wildest guy in his band, but falling for a virgin groupie-in-disguise might be his craziest move yet.

Keyboardist West Reynolds’s idea of commitment? Going out for breakfast with a woman after a night of bed-breaking action. The only thing he gets serious about is Warning Sign, the band he formed with his two best friends. Then he meets a woman being hauled off by security, and she’s fascinated by him.

To her, he’s a subject to study. Like a bug under a microscope with a big…head.

Lauren Bryant is a student of psychology, and now she’s going in depth on rockstars. Specifically, fans. What makes a woman turn into a lust-driven groupie?

Is it the music?

The fame?

The men?

She isn’t sure, but she never expected to get her own night with a rockstar. And she just figured out the ultimate way to get inside a subject is to let the subject inside you…

Dirty Duet is the third book in Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott's Found in Oblivion series. Lauren, researching the groupie vibe for a college project, learns just what all the hubbub is about when she connects with West Reynolds, the keyboardist for Warning Shot. The story was a quick read, super sexy, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I did notice a couple of places where there were partial sentences, or misspelled words, but it wasn’t enough for me to put the book down. Also, the latter part of the book, the inevitable “break up so we can make up” part, seemed to be just stuck into the story. With no background / deep character development on West, it kind of came out of left field (though not really a surprise, I mean, hello – hot rock star). Again, not enough to detract from the story but in your face enough to note. Overall, really liked the story, and love these characters, but this wasn’t my favorite of the three books in the series so far.

A rock keyboard player with a flair for the dramatic. A curvy young woman whose questions could put a sailor to shame! When the two meet, a magnetic chemistry develops leading to hilarious antics, steamy sheet aerobics and a refreshing read! Voluntarily read an ARC for an honest review.

Absolutely amazing Absolutely loved this book. West and Lauren both are trying to move on from their past. Lauren's no filter is absolutely refreshing and funny. West is great. I love this relationship and the fact that you see what is going in the band and everything is tied and you see other characters from other series. Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot have again made you want more and you can't put this book down. Can't wait for the next book in this series.

About the author

USA Today bestselling author Cari Quinn likes music and men, so she figured why not write about both? When she’s not writing, she's screaming at men’s college basketball games on TV, playing her music too loud or causing trouble. Sometimes simultaneously.

USA Today bestselling author Taryn Elliott is obsessed with rock stars, men, and her unending playlists—maximizing these things seemed like a very good idea. When she’s not writing, she’s losing hours to hot men on TV, and/or a graphic design project. Multitasking is her middle name.

They decided to combine forces and found that hey...this writing deal is even more awesome when you collaborate with your best friend.
