This read a little more like a fiction novel about a police officer than a member of the confessions of... series. I felt it was a little too centered on the police officers view rather than describing each event in a balanced way. If you liked confessions of a GP it does not necessarily follow that you will like this book.

a very good read and an interesting insight into a profession/job i would not do for love nor money. Be thankful we have people like this to do it for us.

This is a great read, I ate it up in two nights of reading before bed that ended up being much later than intended. If there is ever a sequel, I would get it without hesitation.
