About this ebook

"Evolution is one of the most powerful and important ideas ever developed in the history of science. Every question it raises leads to new answers, new discoveries, and new smarter questions. The science of evolution is as expansive as nature itself. It is also the most meaningful creation story that humans have ever found."—Bill Nye

Sparked by a controversial debate in February 2014, Bill Nye has set off on an energetic campaign to spread awareness of evolution and the powerful way it shapes our lives. In Undeniable: Evolution and the Science of Creation, he explains why race does not really exist; evaluates the true promise and peril of genetically modified food; reveals how new species are born, in a dog kennel and in a London subway; takes a stroll through 4.5 billion years of time; and explores the new search for alien life, including aliens right here on Earth.

With infectious enthusiasm, Bill Nye shows that evolution is much more than a rebuttal to creationism; it is an essential way to understand how nature works—and to change the world. It might also help you get a date on a Saturday night.

I see all these reviews that claim that Bill Nye is a scientist of some import & that his word on the subject of global warming is beyond reproach. If you do just a tiny bit of research you will find that Bill Nye has a Mechanical Engineering degree. Thats it. This "science guy" routine is just that, a routine. As in a comic routine. Bill Nye used to do standup comedy & his "shtick" was to wear a lab coat & make jokes in the realm of science. He then turned that into a way to make a living by entertaining children with wild, slapstick science routines. A nice way to bring children to science & create an interest for the young mind & a thoroughly decent & commendable thing to do. However, Bill Nye has no scientific credentials whatsoever, besides being a comedian in a lab coat, and has never contributed any research to the scientific community! But dont take my word for it. Do your own homework & discover the truth about Old Scientist Bill. A simple google search will tell you everything you need to know about Mr. Science. The only thing "Undeniable" about Bill Nye is that he is a fraud with no standing.

He has no proof of the earths age as all methods he cites are inaccurate. Why try to brainwash people I to thinking god isn't real. Even evolution had to be created by something/someone. It wouldn't just randomly start for no reason...

It's the normal stuff. If you agree, you are smart, if you don't... then you're absurd. I lost interest. No one has come out with anything new, for or against God, in ages. For an average engineer, Nye has manufactured a following that is impressive, though it's more about athiesm than science. It's ashame, really, and has gotten tiring. Anyway, like I said, "Meh." Wish ol' Carl Sagan were still around - I needed a copy of Pale Blue Dot more than this crap.
