Jamie Oliver is a superb chef. No messing about, tasty meals in not just a reasonable time but with just 5 ingredients! On a weekday getting back from work, tired and wanting to make a tasty meal that doesn't take too much ingredients or forever to do...This book and the recipes are absolutely amazing.
