Denise Vaughn-Sims is a mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, wife, and friend. She is dedicated to her family, prayer, and to the Lord Jesus Christ. Denise is a woman of faith and courage. She fought cancer head-on while carrying her fifth child to term after being told to have an abortion. She has a warm embracing spirit that is felt by those who come in contact with her. Denise have worked in the health field, providing care to many as a medical assistant and a certified nursing assistant. Denise is a first-time author who chose to share her success stories of how she made it through breast cancer and wishes to encourage others that they can do the same.
