All Allina has ever wanted is to be happy. For her happiness entails marrying the man of her dreams and having a family. Her Kind of Man is that age old story of good girl, bad choice-danger zone. I received a copy of Elle Wright's latest novel from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. I want to say that Allina was naive but I don't think that was the case. She ignored her instincts because she wanted to prove a point. Trying to forget one man she settled for another with a dark side. Ms. Wright's suspenseful, story takes a look at both the ugly side of so called love and the power of self-sacrificing love. It's okay to follow the heart but don't allow it to control your life. Her Kind of Man by Elle Wright is a novel that has something powerful to say.

This one kept me on the edge of my seat. That Isaac was some kinda crazy. Glad the one man she needed was the one she actually loved, and he loved her back!

About the author

Born and raised in Southeast Michigan near Ann Arbor, Elle Wright learned the importance of reading from her mother. It was also her mother who, later on in her life, gave Elle her first romance novel: Indigo by Beverly Jenkins. From that moment on, Elle became a fan of Ms. Jenkins for life and a lover of all things romance. An old journal she wrote back in college became her first book (which she still wants to publish one day).
