Absolutely amazing! I live life differently than I did 4 weeks ago. I have only had good days for the last four weeks no matter what is happening. I have a chronic disease that causes much pain and has now for eighteen years. Changing your belief system to one of optimism and positivity greatly affects the level of pain discomfort, in a positive way! Definitely worth reading and applying to your life.

Great book. I really liked it & found it to be a huge help! I was caught
off guard at 1st & didnt lile the 1 chapter a day thing when I 1st read it.
But then I thought it was really cool & it worked out great. It started
giving me all the reinforcement I needed when I needed it pretty much. It
reminded me things I already knew about myself but was forgetting. If I had
to give a "neg" I'd say some chapters could've been longer. But everthing
really made me think and remind me who I was &what I deserve&want & can &
will get in life lol. Thank you. I plan on reading more

I love this book. It really change my life, my mentality, my point of view 360 degrees. I used to feel unhappy, angry, full of rage and grudge towards people who are negative towards me. Now i found peace. and all those negative talking never matter to me anymore. Do buy this book. I highly recommend it!
