About this ebook

What would you do if you disappear into the earth’s Core to find a new civilization? A civilization with plans to use you, to annihilate humanity? What if it was too late to realize that you were taking bullets for the one behind the trigger? Would you sacrifice what you must-who you must? How will you choose between what you know, and what you feel? “I can’t live a lie. I can’t run from my life.” Jacelyn and the Cruman Prince and the Mantlanian Princess choose to stand and fight. To change what must be changed, save what must be saved...and destroy what must be destroyed in the Earth. Will they remain like stars that never saw the sky? Or will they become legends whose names will never die?

The final chapter, Blaze a trail, is my favorite. The effort and imagination put into creating the book is awesome. The protagonist, Jacelyn was a character I could totally relate to. The poems strewn in the Ptolemae tower are intelligent. Lots of interesting characters, twists and turns have made the book a treat to my fantasy liking. It's a creative way to use a war to the advantage of the world betterment, though in itself a war is a way to destruction. Adventurous young minds together with friends fighting against the evil ways is applaudable. Hats off to the young, debut author.

The storyline was amazing and I enjoyed reading it. All the fourteen chapters were awesome. I like the part where Jacelyn and Reffin run for their life while they are being chased by Crumans. My favourite character was Reffin. The use of magic spell made it more interesting and the part when Aagney died made me sad. The Cruman and Mantalanians, some kind of six sensed organisms like humans as told by the narrator, is creative. The war within Crumans kingdom itself weakened it, where Reffin tries to sacrifice himself for Jacelyn. Overall, it truly created in me a feeling of having an adventure at the end of reading the novel! I highly recommend this book to the readers who love reading a fiction on modern civilization like BOTS!

Amazing creativity from a young author. I like the way that spells can’t be cast anytime, anywhere and anyone. That adds to the gripping tale of friendship and bravery. My son didn’t put the book down until he finished reading it fully.
