Daisy Dunn is a writer and classicist. She is also the author of In the Shadow of Vesuvius: A Life of Pliny, Of Gods and Men: 100 Stories from Ancient Greece and Rome, Catullus' Bedspread: The Life of Rome's Most Erotic Poet, and The Poems of Catullus: A New Translation. She has a doctorate in Classics and Art History and edits the Greek culture journal ARGO: A Hellenic Review.
