This is the final installment of the Darkness Series and what an ending!! As with the first 3 books, it should not be read as a standalone and must be read in the correct order. The Shade and Lightning have finally accepted that they have a soulmate in Kathryn and are part of an unbreakable triad but it is too little too late? All secrets are revealed as Bright makes his plans known. Tension mounts as sacrifices need to be made and lives are lost. There was also a point in the book where I starred wide-eyed at the words in front of me and asked myself “did that just happen”? But you won’t find spoilers here. I leave it up to you to read and discover why I was flabbergasted. The author has done the impossible and as the story unfolds, the writing just seemed to get better and better. I enjoyed the pace and development of each character throughout the series. Nothing happened too fast or too slow in my opinion and it was written in such a way that I looked forward to what came next, not wanting to skip a single word – a thrilling read from start to finish. I recommend this to everyone who doesn’t just want another erotic ménage story but something that will hold your interest as well as make you pant. Filled with suspense, action, violence, mystery and of course lots and lots of heat. I loved the conclusion of this series. I received an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

I voluntarily received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Yasss, the final installment and Kathryn gets the best (and worst) of both worlds. Don’t want to give away too many spoilers but old beliefs are challenged, sacrifices may need to be made, and Kathryn is still in the middle of the sexiest sandwich I’ve ever read about. Nora Ash completes these series perfectly although our intrepid reporter/curvy blogger still has her eye-rolling moments and the supes apparently have amazing patience amongst their other abilities but Nora Ash wove together a suspenseful conclusion along with one of the most eyebrow-raising sex scenes I’ve read lol! I would love to hear about how Kathryn is dealing with her new role in an epilogue… wait just realized that there is one!!!
