I really loved reading this book but it should come with a warning. You cannot put it down and I read until the early morning hours. Kept saying I would stop at the end of the chapter but then you just had to keep going to see what would happen next. I have to say my favourite part was when Gwendolyn throws up all over Locrinus. First it was on purpose she spits chewed up food at him then this makes her sick and she spews. He deserved it. I received a free book and the opinions are my own.

History and Mystery combined! I read it twice to ensure I didn't miss anything! The transition of Gwendolyn from Princess to Queen continues and the fulfillment of prophesy is masterfully entwined in the story. I can hardly wait for the continuation of Gwendolyn's story!.

I am really loving this series and would recommend this to everyone who loves a good story. Gwendolyn and Malik are my favorite characters. I have enjoyed Gwendolyn growing into a stong and confident queen in this book. The chemistry between her and Malik is sizzling. Thank you Tanya Anne Crosby for writing this series. I am looking forward to the next book.
