Hot damn! This was explosive! I have been waiting forever for this story and it did not disappoint. Again, KL Donn has a way with words that suck you right in and doesn't let you go until it's done messing with all your feelings. Gah, the connection between Evie and Foster is just what I needed. There's action but also mystery and the sexiness you expect from KL Donn's men. I couldn't put it down and was actually left wanting more. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

Evie and Foster’s story is simply fantastic. Super emotional? Yes! But, fantastic. Explosive Encounter is the second book in the Task Force 779 series. I am in LOVE with this series. I love Alpha male books and a good heroine in danger that still has a badass side. KL Donn never ever disappoints with her plots, her worlds or her characters. Reading one of her books feels like a personal journey you go through yourself. That’s how good she is at pulling you into a story. This book is one that once you start, you just can’t stop. So, remember that before you even read that first word. Get comfy, because you won’t be moving until you’re finished.

I am loving these guys of Task Force 779 from KL Donn! In the second book in the series we get to go along for the ride of Foster and Everett coming together. Foster has been burned by relationships in the past and isn't planning on going down that road again, that is until he meets Everett. Everett meets Foster and the rest of the 779 guys during the worst time in her life and yet Foster left his mark with her. I am in awe of the story that is their journey and can not wait to go along for the next ride from this task force. The men in this unit are elite and the best of the best so their counterparts compliment them so well so far!
